Every Helixline DNA test kit. Origins, Decode, and Infinite. ships completely free across India. There are no hidden handling charges, no packaging fees, and no minimum order value required to qualify.

Your kit is shipped via trusted courier partners with end-to-end tracking from our facility to your doorstep.

Estimated delivery times from date of dispatch:

• Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad). 3–5 business days
• Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities. 5–7 business days
• J&K, Northeast states, Andaman & Nicobar Islands. 7–10 business days

Business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding national public holidays. Delivery estimates are indicative and may vary slightly due to courier logistics or weather disruptions.

We process and dispatch orders quickly so you can start your ancestry journey without delay.

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST (Monday – Saturday) are dispatched the same day
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST, or on Sundays and public holidays, are dispatched the next business day

You will receive a dispatch confirmation via email and SMS as soon as your kit ships, along with a tracking number.

Once your kit is dispatched, you will receive:

• An email confirmation with your courier tracking number and a direct tracking link
• An SMS notification to the mobile number provided at checkout

We ship Helixline DNA kits worldwide to customers in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, UAE, Singapore, New Zealand, and other countries on request.

International shipping, customs duties, and prepaid return shipping are all included in our diaspora pricing. Zero surprise bills.

Remote regions may experience slightly longer transit times (7–10 business days) due to courier connectivity. We are continuously expanding our logistics network.

Your Helixline DNA kit is shipped in a tamper-evident sealed package to ensure the integrity of your collection materials during transit.

• Inspect the outer packaging upon delivery before accepting
• Do not accept the kit if the seal is visibly broken, damaged, or tampered with
• If you have already accepted a kit that appears tampered, contact us within 48 hours with photos for a free replacement

An intact seal is required for the kit to function correctly and for your results to be processed. Do not use a kit with a broken seal.
